MORE ABOUT EXPANSION JOINT PROS

The Expansion Joint Pros will come in and replace your rotten wood in your driveway. Many people believe having your joints done is purely for looks but it is also preventative! Once the joints are  exposed, water rushes up underneath the panels causing bigger issues for you down the road. It is cheaper to get your joints done than your driveway replaced! We also fix small concrete patches, cut exposed rebar, repair cracks, power wash, and seal (Protective sealant that goes on the driveway to prevent dirt penetrating the pores of driveway). The expansion joints start at $5 per linear foot for 1x4 joints, for power washing it is $50 dollars per man hour, sealing it is .60 cents per square foot. All expansion joints are matched to the driveway with a filtered sand that helps also add a protective layer from the sun. This layer is blown off after the process is complete, it will be stuck to the polyurethane without putting sand all over the driveway.  The expansion joints have a 2 year warranty on the work in case there are any issues, though we cannot warranty cracks or small concrete replacements as these issues are a sign much bigger issue with shifting/bad concrete.
